Understand the business
We begin with what the business does, how work moves and what is taking more time or attention than it should.
Coffee · Business Systems Conversation
This is a free, founder-led 30–60 minute conversation. You do not need to know the solution—start with what is happening now, where work gets stuck, what keeps being repeated, or what keeps following you into after-hours.
Coffee is simply the character of the first conversation, not a requirement. I am Melbourne-based, so a local coffee is possible where practical; a remote conversation works too. It begins with the business and the work—not a technology pitch—and no paid engagement is assumed.
We begin with what the business does, how work moves and what is taking more time or attention than it should.
If useful, we can follow one recurring workflow—including the exceptions and workarounds that shape how it really happens.
The sensible next step may be to leave it alone, make a simple change, review the workflow properly or scope an improvement.
What to expect
We focus on how the work happens today, what is consuming time and where the strain appears.
If there is nothing worth changing, I’ll say so. If automation is not the right answer, I’ll say so. This is for understanding and direction—not engineering a complex solution on the spot or manufacturing a project.
You’ll know whether to leave it alone, make a simple change yourself, conduct a Workflow Review or scope an Improvement Project.
Make Better Sundays
Tell me where work gets stuck or repeated. No polished brief required— just enough context to begin a useful conversation about what might give you some time and mental space back.
